We deliver to mainland France, French overseas territories¹, as well as the Eurozone and Switzerland².

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time for France is generally 2 to 5 business days. Please allow 5 to 10 days on average for other countries.

In accordance with the law, a delivery deadline is provided when you place your order. If exceptionally the order has not reached you by that date (e.g. lost parcel), you may request the cancellation of the sale under the conditions set out in the second and third paragraphs of article L.114-1. The refund will be made under the conditions of article L.121-20-1.

DELIVERY METHOD

Shipments are handled by the postal service.
You can choose from several tracked Colissimo delivery options:
• home delivery without signature (please note: any "home delivery without signature" marked as delivered by La Poste will be considered as effectively delivered and will not be eligible for any compensation on our part).
• to a pickup point (local shop)
• to a post office*
• to a Cityssimo locker or by appointment (in certain cities)
• home delivery with signature

PARCEL INSPECTION

Always check your parcel upon arrival. No claims will be accepted beyond a period of seven days. You must report any reservations to the postal service in case of missing items or damage within a maximum of 3 days.
